LIFE/EXECUTIVE COACHING

We offer Life/Executive Coaching as in-depth advice to individuals who face challenges!

A coaching relationship is a highly individual one. You know what you want to accomplish and you’d like help from an expert who will focus on step-by-step actions to produce the results you need!

Some of the areas that we can help with are:

• We act as your sounding board
• We act as your mediator
• We focus on work related challenges and behaviors
• We work on interpersonal or leadership style
• We produce strategies for specific relationships, conflict resolution, and managing yourself.

To discuss a coaching relationship and how it will benefit you send an e-mail with a brief overview of your challenge and what you’d like to accomplish to ckomassa@wi.rr.com and we’ll schedule a telephone appointment to get aquainted. There’s no charge for this meeting and it will help us to determine how we can best help you achieve your goals.

We will determine which coach (also subject to availability) is suitable for your needs – our coaches all have a minimum of 20+ years of experience each, with a range in education from a Bachelor’s, to a Masters and a PH’d. You may select a Contract (by retainer), or use us on a ‘one-time’ basis (payment required at time of use). Contracts will be billed at the hourly rate, which range from $100.00 USD up to $325.00 USD per hour.

Executive/Life Coaching Rates

1. Coach, one time, 1 hour (set up fee included) $100.00

2. Coach, B.S. + 20 years, retained contract = $125.00 ph
3. Coach, Masters + 20 years, retained contract = $175.00 ph
4. Coach, Ph’d +20 years, retained contract = $225.00 p.h.
5. Coach, Masters & Attorney + 20 years, retained contract = $275.00 p.h.
