Handwerk
Robert
Handwerk has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources
Management and human services. He
has an M.Ed in guidance and counseling, is a licensed professional
counselor in Wisconsin. Bob's
human resource management experience includes executive positions
in the petrochemical industry in the United States, Middle
East, and various postings in Europe.
In the United States, he has had senior positions
with internationally recognized engineering and construction
firms. He has been a counselor administrator with a ground
breaking vocational/technical high school and the American
School of Warsaw, Warsaw Poland. He has also taught graduate
classes at Webster
University in The Hague, Holland.
Areas of expertise
include; human resource policy development, executive
and management training, executive coaching, recruitment,
and workplace violence prevention. He
has spoken nationally on the subjects of employment
interviewing, sexual harassment and workplace violence.

Robert
E. Gregg is a partner of the Boardman law firm in Madison,
WI. (LLP). Bob practices
Employment Law and has been professionally engaged in employment
relations work for over 25 years. A
major emphasis of his practice is consulting to analyze the
workplace, developing policies and procedures, and resolving
employment
problems before they generate legal action.
Bob
has conducted more than 2,000 training
seminars and has written numerous articles on practical
employment practices.

Jean
Abramowski
Jean
is the Principal of a human resource consulting firm specializing
in affirmative action and equal opportunity compliance. Prior
to this, Jean was the Director of a consulting group for over
nine years. Her
work included preparing Affirmative Action Plans and assisting
employees through audits; counseling on how to handle discrimination
issues; conducting human resource compliance audits; counseling
on how to handle discharge actions; and, conducting training
to help management understand their responsibilities in complying
with equal opportunity and affirmative laws.
Prior
to this, Jean was the VP of Human Resources for a nation-wide
insurance company, Director of Recruitment and EEO for a Fortune
500 company and
Manager of Labor Relations and Employment for a manufacturer. She has been involved with equal opportunity and affirmative
action compliance for over twenty-five years.
