Part-Time HR Manager Program

C. K. Brit, Human Resources Consulting works by providing your company an experienced, Human Resources manager on-site and is then on-call 24 hours a day for the rest of the week.   This is ideal for small to medium sized companies, where full time professionals may not be warranted. We also have managers to supplement human resources departments of large companies for expertise and project work. On-Site Staffing is a recruitment program that is now one of our most popular services to the Management of your most valuable company assets PEOPLE.   

How do we do it?

We offer companies on site staffing, if you need to hire quickly and effectively (no warm body hiring!) using our Comprehensive Selection Process.  We assist companies with quality short-term Contract Recruiting during hiring peaks or longer term on-going staffing management.  We are not a staffing agency.

OSHA Training

We meet the needs of small and medium-sized businesses, that often have limited resources to deal with occupational safety and health issues. We specialize in proactive prevention of injuries and musculoskeletal disorders in the workplace, and case-manage injured employees and Workman's Compensation to reduce injuries, lost-time, lost production and the associated costs.

OSHA Hazard Communication Training and complete safety program brought this manufacturing client into 100% compliance. Reduction of Workers Compensation rating (lowered by 3 points State) and a reduction in insurance premiums = $1,786.00. OSHA compliance removed liability of $750,000 fines and provided a safe working environment for this manufacturer.
