Carol Komassa, PHR, President and Owner of
C.K. Brit, Human Resources Consulting, LLC

Born and educated in London, England. She now permanently resides in Mequon, Wisconsin.

C.K. Brit, Human Resources Consulting, LLC formed in 1987 to service small businesses with our “Part-Time HR Manager Program” and medium to large businesses with project work.

Since 1968, Carol's successful professional career includes business and retail service, manufacturing, and health care (home-health, nursing home, and hospital) management experience.

She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources by the HR Certification Institute - Society For Human Resource Management and has worked for nationally recognized organizations known for outstanding quality in service delivery.

Carol is a creative and effective *problem solver. She can guide you through the maze of human resources issues quickly and with uncompromising integrity.
